GARTH BROOKS GIVES BACK TO MUSIC CITY

Garth Brooks rocking the Nashville benefit concert.

Legendary country singer who topped all the record charts and was successful in landing a #2 country album in the US back in 1989, is showcasing his rock/country formula to Nashville with a special 9 concert gig to benefit Middle Tennessee flood relief efforts. Of course naturally, all of the shows sold out.

Garth Brooks decided it was time to come back home to Nashville and help raise money from the terrible flood we had back in April 2010. ( Which just so happened to be during my birthday.) In an effort to give back, he held a Nashville press conference in October, announcing to the world he planned to put on a 6 day concert event with 9 shows at the Nashville Bridgestone Arena to benefit the Middle Tennessee flood relief efforts.
