The 2017 American Music Awards have arrived.

Some of the biggest artists in music have gathered at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater for what promises to be a competitive night of big moments, bold fashions, and for some, serious hardware in the form of AMA statuettes. With eight nominations, Bruno Mars will have the most shots to be recognized, with Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Ed Sheeran and The Chainsmokers following close behind with five nods each.

Dr. Dre Tops the Forbes Highest Paid Musician in the World 2012

 

 

Check out the Forbes list top 25 of 2012 highest paid musicians entertainers.  Dr. Dre tops the list although he hasn’t did an album since 2001. He has been making bank with his Dre beats headphones and business ventures.

 

From May 2011 to May 2012, Dre took in $110 million. That’s major bank, with most of the money coming in from his hugely popular Beats by Dre headphones. Dre took in $100 million when HTC bought a 51 percent stake in his headphones last year. Dre also took in cash from his catalog and concert performances.

Lady Gaga surprises fans in Louisville, KY

This past weekend Lady Gaga decided to stop and make a surprise appearance after her Munster concert date in Louisville she rocked the stage at a gay nightclub called “Connections” in Louisville with the assistance of drag queen inspired Lady Gaga.
